Speaker File Submission
We appreciate you submitting your final presentation slides ahead of the event to assist our AV technicians. If you need to make any changes to your presentation on the day, please see the conference AV technician, who will be available to receive updated files on the morning of your presentation.
Posters
Poster size: A1 or A0 posters.
Poster drop-off: Please bring your printed poster and drop it off at the registration/reception desk upon arrival. We recommend arriving at around 8:40 am on Day 1 to allow time for us to assist with setting up your poster.
Poster awards: We are pleased to present two awards at the conclusion of Day 2 to recognise outstanding poster presentations:

Poster collection: The poster exhibition and voting will conclude on Day 1. Please collect your poster after the evening function at 9:00pm.
The Forum will be followed by the HILT CRC Annual Conference. Please note that registration for the Conference is available to HILT CRC partner organisations only.

Posters and Oral Presentations
Researchers are invited to submit an extended abstract for review for either oral presentation or posters, with prizes awarded at the conference for best contributions in both categories. All contributors will also be invited to submit full papers for review soon after the conference within a Special Issue.
